Where we ship
US addresses only, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We don’t ship internationally at this time.
Shipping cost
- USPS Ground Advantage: $7.99 per order.
- Free on orders of $125 or more, after discounts.
When your order ships
We ship after your crypto payment is confirmed on the blockchain. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
- In stock: ships in 1 to 3 business days after your payment confirms.
- Not in stock: ships in about 10 business days after your payment confirms.
- Marked “Ships in about 4 weeks”: a few sizes take longer to restock. They ship in about 4 weeks after your payment confirms.
- Each product page shows which applies to each size before you order. If your order includes sizes with different times, it ships together when the last item is ready.
If we can’t ship by the time shown, we’ll email you before that time with a new ship date and the option to cancel for a full refund. If you don’t reply, we’ll ship by the new date, unless the law requires us to cancel and refund instead. [LAWYER: confirm wording against the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.]
Delivery time
USPS usually delivers Ground Advantage packages in 2 to 5 business days after they ship. USPS sets these times and we can’t guarantee them.
Tracking
When your order ships we email you a USPS tracking number. You can also check your order any time on our Track order page with your order number and email address.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us before your order ships and we’ll fix it. Once a package has shipped we can’t change the address. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped for another shipping charge.
Lost, damaged or wrong items
If something goes wrong with your package, we’ll send a replacement or a refund, your choice, at no cost to you.
- Damaged, missing or wrong items: email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and the items.
- Shows delivered but you can’t find it: check with neighbors and your mail room, then email us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Never arrived: if tracking hasn’t shown delivery 10 business days after your order shipped, email us within 7 days after that. We’ll open a claim with USPS.
We can’t help with reports made after these time limits.
Returns
Because of the nature of these products, we don’t accept returns of opened or unopened items. The only exceptions are damaged, wrong or lost items, handled as described above. Please check your order before you pay; you can cancel for a full refund any time before it ships. [LAWYER: review no-returns wording.]
