Who can buy from Chain Compounds?
Anyone 21 or older with a US shipping address, buying for lawful research. All products are for research use only and not for human or veterinary use. See our Research Use Disclaimer.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest and track your order with your order number and email. An account lets you see all your past orders in one place.
Can you tell me how to use a product?
No. Our products are sold for research only, and we don’t give advice or instructions on using them. Product pages list each product’s name, amount per vial, form and storage conditions.
Payment
How do I pay?
With cryptocurrency. We accept Bitcoin (BTC). More coins are coming. Prices are in US dollars; the crypto amount is calculated when you check out.
How long does payment take to confirm?
It depends on the coin and how busy its network is. Your order stays “Pending payment” until the payment is confirmed on the blockchain, then we email you. [CONFIRM IN STEP 8: typical times per coin.]
What if I send the wrong amount?
Our Refund Policy explains what happens if you pay too little, too much, or after your invoice expires.
Do you take cards?
Not yet.
Pricing and discounts
How does bulk pricing work?
Buy several vials of the same product (any mix of sizes) and the price per vial drops: 3 or more vials 10% off, 5 or more 15% off, 10 or more 20% off. It applies automatically in the cart.
How do I use LAUNCH15?
Enter LAUNCH15 under “Add coupons” in your cart or at checkout for 15% off your first order. It can be used once per customer. It doesn’t combine with bulk pricing: the cart keeps whichever saves you more.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
US addresses only, by USPS Ground Advantage.
How much is shipping?
$7.99 per order, or free on orders of $125 or more after discounts.
When will my order ship?
In-stock sizes ship in 1 to 3 business days after your payment confirms. Sizes not in stock ship in about 10 business days. A few sizes take longer to restock and say “Ships in about 4 weeks” instead. USPS usually delivers 2 to 5 business days after that. Details are in our Shipping and Returns Policy.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track order page with your order number and email, or the tracking link in your shipping email.
Products
How should products be stored?
Storage conditions are listed on each product page.
Do your products have certificates of analysis?
Not every product yet. We’re having products tested by an independent lab, starting with the ones ordered most. When a product has a certificate of analysis, it’s shown on that product page.
Returns and refunds
Can I return something?
We don’t accept returns of opened or unopened items. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, or your package is lost, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll send a replacement or refund. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Details are in our Shipping and Returns Policy.
How are refunds paid?
In USDC by default, or in the coin you paid with if you prefer, for the US dollar value of your order. See our Refund Policy.
